Our staff at St. Peter’s Preschool are committed to fostering growth and curiosity in every child. Each member brings expertise and warmth to create a supportive learning environment.

With over 20 years of experience in childcare, Ms. G has dedicated her career to nurturing and teaching young children. She has worked with ages one and up as both a preschool and daycare teacher and assistant, helping to open and grow several preschool programs throughout her career. In addition to her early childhood education experience, Ms. G directed a dance studio for 10 years and has taught children’s dance for more than 25 years. Her passion for creativity, movement, and child development shines through in everything she does. At St. Peter’s Preschool, Ms. G strives to grow alongside each family and child, providing a loving, supportive environment where every child feels valued and cared for as her own.
Brandy is a wife, mother of four, and proud grandmother of three. Originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, she earned her bachelor’s degree from Western Carolina University and later raised her family in Denver, North Carolina. With a deep passion for working with children, Brandy has served as a swimming instructor and swim team coach for youth ages 5–18, helping young learners build confidence, discipline, and teamwork skills. She also spent 10 years as a Girl Scout leader, fostering leadership, creativity, and community among young girls. Brandy has been an active member of St. Peter by the Lake for over 18 years, reflecting her strong commitment to community and service. She brings warmth, patience, and a nurturing spirit to the classroom, creating a supportive and engaging environment where young children can learn and grow.
Ms. Kate graduated from Appalachian State University. She has been teaching for 3 +years. She is loved and supported by her husband and son! She enjoys playing outside, cross stitching and reading! Ms. Kate's class quote is

My name is Christina Bragg. I’m married to my husband of 15 years and mom of three boys and I love my family more than anything. I’m creative, hardworking, and always looking for new ways to learn, grow, and build a better future. I enjoy creating content, exploring new opportunities, and working with children.
Once a month, Father Ron will gather with the children and teachers in the sanctuary for our Faith Formation session. During this time, we will sing, dance, and explore God's love for us, with an age appropriate lesson.
Once a month, Mr. David will join Ms. G as the children explore rhythms, beats, and various methods of creating music. As the Music Director of St. Peter By-the-Lake, Mr. David is thrilled to be part of Music Time and to share his passion for music with the school.
