If you/your family are interested in becoming members of The Episcopal Church of St. Peter by-the-Lake, please complete the registration form. You may make additional copies for each new member. 

Once completed, please place in the offering plate during any service, the Parish Administrator’s Staff Mailbox in Fotinos Hall OR return via USPS to SPBTL at 8433 Fairfield Forest Road, Denver, NC 28037
